My Story

Welcome to Foraged Finery, where creativity meets sustainability in every piece of handmade and upcycled jewelry.

Founded by Lani, a passionate and self-taught creator, Foraged Finery was born from a love for unique adornments and a commitment to environmental consciousness.

Lani’s journey began with a simple yet profound idea: to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind accessories using materials that tell a story. From freshwater pearls to intricately sourced beads, each piece is crafted with care, reflecting a deep appreciation for nature’s bounty and the artistry of upcycling.

Our commitment to community is as strong as our commitment to craftsmanship. Through events like the Art Bazaar 901 Flea Markets and our engaging podcast, 'The Foraged Finery Show,' we connect with fellow enthusiasts and share the rich histories and cultural significance behind our designs.

Foraged Finery is more than a brand; it’s a celebration of artistry, sustainability, and storytelling. Join us on this journey, and discover the beauty in every piece.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Hello! I'm Lani, the creative force behind Foraged Finery. As a student at the University of Memphis, I balance my academic pursuits with a passion for crafting unique, handmade jewelry. Foraged Finery is a one-person endeavor, reflecting my commitment to sustainability and artistry in every piece I create.

Beyond my jewelry business, I try to play an active role in my community. I help run Barter Up 901, a non-profit mutual aid organization dedicated to supporting and uplifting local communities. Additionally, I handle social media marketing for Art Bazaar 901 and Ink Therapy 901. You can find Foraged Finery products in our physical shop at Ink Therapy 901 on a weekly basis.

Thank you for supporting my journey and embracing the stories behind each piece of Foraged Finery.
